Training

Your travel programme is just the start of our job and a formal customised training process, to communicate change and ensure buy-in from all parties is one of the first steps we take together.

Training provides information on products and technologies as well as giving you the opportunity to give feedback from travellers on any elements of the process. Training sessions usually take place at your offices to ensure minimal disruption and the process often includes RIVIERA Roadshows and preferred supplier visits for all parties to get to know each other and the creation of travel user groups to provide regular feedback.

Visa Expertise

RIVIERA provides a passport and visa application and processing service in line with local legislation and regulations. Where possible, we take a proactive role in processing applications in terms of providing our corporate clients with all relevant information, manual checks to ensure accuracy and final delivery to your travellers.

24 Hour services

At RIVIERA we are on hand 24 hours a day, every day.

Our comprehensive 24 Hour traveller service includes:

  • Emergency assistance
  • Information and advice
  • New flight, hotel, rail, ferry or car rental bookings
  • Reservation amendments
  • Passport and Visa services (subject to Embassy opening hours)

We also operate a local Emergency / 24 Hour Service on a country-by-country basis, providing similar services, as required for local markets.
